The doctor I saw was great. Office staff and nurses nice. However "office workflow and management" is not. For my second appointment I got a call the day before as reminder. Great, but the guy said no allergy medication 5 days before... so I was told 24 hrs ahead of time not to take allergy medicine 5 days ahead of time. No one had told me until 24 hours before appt. so not 100% confident the test worked. Everyone is nice and helpful in this healthcare facility; my son loves going there because he knows the allergy shots are helping him to improve his everyday life
Office staff very pleasant efficient, knowledgeable & polite ( especially Shannie) Dr Madore is very knowledgeable with my allergy condition and is a great help dealing with it. She is very thorough and always answers all my concerns.
An amazing staff who helped me through my allergy concerns. They have a fabulous team who goes the extra mile and ensures you are taken care of. Shannie Andrea, and Meagan are exceptionally helpful! Can't recommend AAP Asthma and Alergy in Raynham enough!
