Aantex is great. They have great customer service and techs that truly take care of my home. I would like to specifically say that Daniel is great and goes above and beyond. He is friendly and communicates with us at all times.

Horrible experience. They had the wrong phone number upon me signing the paperwork. I called back to get it changed it and they confirmed it was changed. They ranged my scheduled time from 1pm-5pm and said the inspector would call 30 minutes prior to coming. I came home at 2pm and found the inspectors card on my porch. No call, no text, nothing. I call the customer service line and they said the inspector called and texted the phone number on file which was the wrong number I thought they changed. Horrible service.

Matt has been amazing to work as we remedied our mince and outdoor rat problem. We have 2 little ones and he understood the urgency to get this issue cleared up. His work is thorough and he took his time trying to find and cover all entry points to the house.
