John, the owner is about as straight up, honest guy you will ever meet. I have bought 4 printers/copiers off of him over the years, and have used him for service as well. He does what he says, and says what he does. He is very reliable with competitive pricing. I wish more vendors were like him, my work life would certainly get simpler.
