The doctor’s office is awful, when I tried to make a follow-up appointment after surgery, I was told I would be called back, never called back, when I explained my difficulties, I was met with attitude, find another doctor with a professional office.
Life saving diagnosis, blood clots to both lungs and left leg
After a hospital procedure they are supposed to call in 3to5 days for follow up appointment i waitsd 10 days with no call this is the 4th time that they neglected to call and i had to call them .also when i call for medical reason it sonetines take days for them to call back.the medical reason is heart related so i could be dead by time they call back.the office i deal with is northwell health 39 brentwood road in bay shore.for a medical facility to treat patients in this manner is gross neglegence and needs to be fixed.the ... read more
