I must say this place has definitely gone down hill, and this must be the reason for them closing. I came in tonight after being stuck in bridge traffic for 2 hours . The receptionist was very friendly but then the nurse practitioner who saw me ( Tammy Petrie), actually had a tantrum because she had to see a patient, her car was started and she was ready to leave. I work in the medical field and this is absolutely absurd behavior.
Worst customer service by office staff followed by a poor bedside manor of NP/physician both times I’ve been. I live < 1 mile from this urgent care but will drive to Annapolis for care next time I fall ill.
Urgent Care staff are great! Very knowledgeable and caring!
They refused to see my son because he has state insurance even though I offered to pay out of pocket.
Never again! What a waste of time and money. This place doesn't have the ability to do anything other than tell you to go to the hospital. I can do That for myself and save time and the copay!
