Used to be a great realtor and Company. Steve and his wife were people built on morals and family. Steve was very prompt on his maintenance and being honest. Then it was taken over by who knows who so Steve and his wife could retire. That's when everything went to s***. The new landlord doesn't care about anyting but getting an extra dollar. A “terrible experience” would not do justice describing our dealings with Mr. Neville. Characteristically, he is neither courteous nor helpful. He is self-centered, and during phone conversations is more apt to hang up on you than discuss an issue. When challenged he retreats to the written word and demands you put everything in writing.
