Had my transmission rebuilt at 170k they were pretty busy but got my truck in and out sooner than predicted. Truck runs like a brand new truck would definitely recommend to anyone. Staff was awesome just great exp from start to finish.
I was so happy with AAMCO, the7 squeezed me in to take a look at my daughters truck. They knew I was worried about leaving her without the truck looked at. Jake in the office was amazing! He was so kind and explained everything to me and reassured everything was good to go! I will be coming back if anything else comes up!
I took my van in for a tune-up. It was running well, just stalled occasionally. After I got it back it runs worse than it ever has. It coughs, spits, shutters and backfires, none of which it it did previously. I was told they couldn't fix it. Well they broke and now they're leaving me hanging. I'm going to have to get a lawyer involved.
The AC on my car had suddenly gone out. Called AAMCO and they were able to get my car in early the next day! They were friendly and fixed the problem right away. Will return for all my cars tune ups.
Wow! This shop is amazing! I brought my vehicle in for a transmission diagnostic due to some rough shifting. The staff at the front counter were very helpful in talking me through the process of diagnosis and quoting process. Communication from the time I dropped my vehicle to time of repair was top notch. I was told that my transmission fluid had excessive clutch material and my transmission pan had metal shavings in it.
