We need more companies like this and especially more humans like Michael May. I’m from out of state and my transmission went out on the interstate while I was traveling alone. While on a 3 way call with my husband. Michael talked us through how we should handle this, how to ensure my safety, and helped me get a rental car so that I could get to my destination to pick up my daughter. This went well past closing time. His service, care and true humanity was an absolute blessing to me. Can’t thank him enough.
Our experience was amazing! We went to 2 other service providers who said we needed a complete transmission replacement. Which would be $6k - $10k. We brought it to Aamco just in case they could rebuild it instead of replace it and Mike squeezed us in same day and within an hour called us back that it was actually under an extended service warranty through the manufacturer. He contacted the local dealer on our behalf and helped us make an appointment that day to get the transmission replaced for Free!!!!! He saved us $6,000!... read more
