Stay away from this shop like it’s the plague. Terrible communication skills. Can’t even give any time frames for repairs. After having my rav 4 for almost a month & not doing the repairs correctly. I had to take it back a second time & after telling then the issue they couldn’t find the problem. Came in with a leak transmission and discovered alternator issues as well .. car is driving as close to new as it’s gonna get and I appreciate this shop for helping me.
Giovanni at the Corona location has horrible customer service! This genius had the audacity to tell me that he cant give me a range quote on a complete transfer case repair going off my vin number, said that I had to bring it in to get the number off of the transfer case it's self. When everyone I called prior were able to quote me offy vin. I even called a different Aamco and they quoted me off vin no problem. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT bring your car here. No professionalism and very uncaring about the customer or the time invested to repair any car. Also, nothing required to pick up your car. Pick any car in the lot and they’ll hand the keys right over.
