If I could give JJ a million stars, I would. He saved me thousands of dollars for a repair that wasn’t even needed. I brought my 2019 ford edge (60,000 miles) to the dealership for the car ”hiccuping” when driving at lower speeds and then doing small surges at highway speeds. Said they could work on my transmission then wasted my time for 3 weeks, 5 phone calls, and 4 in person visits. Go somewhere else.
Love their work. Took my Ford focus for transmission issues and 100% fixed it. He even fixed my key! Great customer service!
Had multiple problems with my 18 year old car, which I used to service in $$$ dealership for most of that time, but stopped a couple years ago. After a couple years of minimal service (just oil and tires) of course it started to fail. Took it to several places, where they charged a lot, but didn't resolve the main issue (stuttering engine) though each place did fix some important other issues.
