I brought my 2018 Ford escape to aamco for the first time for a rebuilt transmission they quoted my mom $7500 for the rebuild ended up charging her over $8300 in the end 30,000 miles later my transmission went out once again I also did two solenoids I guess there was an acceleration piece that needed to be fixed and then on top of it in O2 sensor went out as well my parents feels like they were taken for granted because they were under the impression this transmission was going to last around another 200,000 Miles when in re... read more
Everybody was friendly they got my truck in fast and they fixed it at a very affordable price I'll definitely come back
Took my SUV to get my transmission fluid changed, when I got it back my transmission was slipping. I took it to another shop and they said it was low on fluid and added 1.5 quarts. When I went back to explain the situation to them and ask for some sort of refund (I paid $430), the guy working front desk got upset and said "he doesn't care what the other shop told me". Will not recommend going there, take your business somewhere else.
