We called to schedule an appointment, and they were very friendly, but when we arrived, we received terrible service. They were busy watching a soccer game and were very rude to me.
The transmission of my 2011 Buick Enclave was overhauled and rebuilt. This was in August 2023 and as of December 2024, and 21,136 miles later, my Enclave is still going strong. I had concerns with a rebuilt transmission but, Mr. Cooper was straight up with me the entire time to include on pricing. No regrets with the rebuilt transmission however, I did have an accident with the Buick in early December. I still have no regrets as i will try to salvage my Buick and use it as my 2nd Car.
