I dropped my truck on to on 12 May for a warranty service claim with my Transmission . The claim was on approved for replacement the very next day. It’s now 26 of May and I still haven’t received my truck back . I have called several times for updates but on when my vehicle would be ready and I was told by a receptionist that they were still waiting for my transmission to come in. Tried three separate times to get my car fixed with them. Then when they offered a walk-in the day we discussed on the phone, they weren't even open when they said they'll be there. Poor communication and they were all kind of rude. Went across the street and have had far better service in all aspects.

I would strongly discourage anyone from taking their vehicle to this AAMCO location. My experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. They kept my vehicle for months and still failed to repair it correctly. I had to return four separate times, and each visit left me with more issues than I started with. Not only was the original problem never fixed, but they caused additional damage to my transmission. Communication was also extremely poor.
