They did a great job on my cars brakes and roders
Brought my Ford Edge awd in for all fluid changes. Differential,coolant,transfer case and transmission. Didn't need an oil change yet. They let me look under the car on the lift and the transfer case was so clean that I didn't think they did it. Brought it in the next day and the owner Dallas cleared a bay a had the mechanic Randy lift the car and show me that it had been done and it was. Thank you Dallas!! A complete lack of accountability! My uncle paid $6000 for a rebuilt transmission and the mechanic forgot to put a bolt on the gear shift cable! He called back to see if someone could fix it and I got no accountability with attitude and told that it wasn’t their problem. I will never use this plate again.
Had an issue with our 2017 Honda Pilot. It was sputtering on acceleration and after a few days the check engine light came on. Thought for sure it was the torque converter based on the code read which can turnout to be a costly repair. Called this shop and Dallas picked it up. He was a gentleman put me at ease saying the code read could be something else related to the torque converter. He asked me to bring the vehicle in the next morning for a complete diagnosis.
