The owner, Seth, was fantastic in explaining what was wrong with my car. The warranty on the brake repair I had done at another shop had just expired, and I was worried I’d be stuck with a big expense. They repaired my brakes quickly, charged a fair price, and even gave me a 2-year warranty—double the coverage I got at the other shop. I really appreciate their honesty and efficiency. So glad I found them!
Although I did not get my car serviced here (decided not to keep the car), the customer service I received was unmatched. The explanation given on why I needed to get the things I needed done was educational. Also, I love how they keep track of everything electronically. It helps with tracking what needs to be done with the car and what was done to the car. This mechanic shop is not cut like the rest!
We received very courteous service and I will be sending my people to this facility!
Whatever your auto repair needs are, AAMCO Oak Park will deliver superior customer service with INTEGRITY. I thought I needed $3500+ of work and I only needed $2800. Seth took the time to explain what my car needed and how to manage my car maintenance moving forward. Seth and his team are amazing! I don't usually trust auto repair shops but this one has earned my trust!
