I left my 2011 fusion at aamco on Rt 38 in cherry hill on a Tuesday and when I went to pick the car up on Friday not sure what happened but the work was not done and there was a guy named Lee there who would not give me my car, he treated me like I was stealing, I gave him the tag number on the key, he said he couldn’t find me in the system even though I just had close to $6,000 worth of work done to my transmission there, he keep looking everywhere for the key like he was trying to stall me, he brought out a key with the wr... read more

My car fell off the lift in the shop and broke the rear axle supports off of the vehicle and they won't admit it or pay to fix it!
My Aamco Transmission review is ONLY for the **** ***** **, Jacksonville, FL 32210. location near me. I am pleased to share that since my 2003 Buick Century transmission was replaced on 02072021 and since Aamco is a full service vehicle repair that I have received quality customer service with courtesy, communication and wallet-friendly consideration for all me vehicles needs.
I took my car in to AAMCO on rockwell for a forth opinion. As three other places couldnt figure out why my car was shuddering. Couple hours in they say my transmission is slipping in the 3rd gear. Said ok on a Wednesday. I got my car back october 14. I drove off the lot little around 5:30 at night. I hear clunky sounds metal grinding sounds my steering is off. I took my car to Amaco transmission **************** the worst experience of my life please anybody that reading this do not take your car there
They are not professional don't know how to talk to ppl and blame customers for they're mistakes

I sent my car in 11 months ago for the *********** don't get wrong they fixed the *********** 3 months later but that's not the problem the problem is they want own up to my car ha I g a whole in the motor block says it's my responsibility when it's been sitting g at there shop they don't take care of ppl things
Thanks to AAMCO I was able to get my ***** Accord repaired in less than 2 days after ***** of ******** told me it had 5 diagnosis and could not give me a set price, but AAMCO went straight to the point and honored quote without hesitation.
