Horrible experience. Brought car in for diagnostics, they couldn't replicate issue, no codes, so they left the vehicle running for 2.5 hrs in idle therefore causing the pump to overheat and fail, therefore loosing all fluid and ruining transmission. The franchisee will not take any responsibility or action, simply saying that the transmission is now ruined and needs to be replace. Incompetent or dishonest, one of the two. I am trying to give the benefit of the doubt that the action was a mistake and not malicious. DO NOT USE
