Was a great experience and my vehicle was returned in a timely manner was given the extended warranty and received great service from TJ. The manager would recommend this transmission shop to anyone I know.
Abdolute terrible experience (note if owner reads these reviews. he is more than welcome to reach out and make this right. Don't necessarily hold an owner at fault for employees when owner is not knowledgeable of what happens when they aren't present.) Went for transmission quote and when notified a quote was ready. TJ notified me they broke running board to my company truck driver side. They tell me the tech who is about my size they said ( I'm 5 10 , 200lb) who broke it steeping on. I do not write very many reviews as a rule but when a place really goes above and beyond, it’s worth noting. The manager quickly met with me, discussed my truck’s “symptoms” and promptly started evaluating my truck. He had answers by the very next day to a complicated issue. The place was clean, the staff friendly and the manager was knowledgable. I usually go into a car servicing or repair place on guard because i have been ripped off before. I felt comfortable and at ease that i was given trust worthy information. 5 Stars

Several years ago I brought a car to them and it was a pitiful car. They got it up and running. They were honest and helpful. Today I took a different car in for diagnostics. They were fast, honest, and talked me through my options. TJ is GREAT! They will take great care of you!
