The franchise on Oak Ridge drive had the transmission so messed up on our Chevy Astro that we had to salvage (junk) it. They worked on it at least 5 times, one time we only made it 20 miles after they "fixed" it. All those vehicles sitting on the lot waiting on parts or repairs should tell you to stay away! Very poor reputation around Hagerstown. Beware!

To much money for rebuild transmission
The men at the shop were absolutely professional. They told me a timeframe for my car while I waited and they were right on time. Even though they had to order in something that they did not know they needed. I will absolutely come back to the shop For services again. Highly recommend.
