They took my other post down dont take your car here if u are black they just not gonna fix it rite they held my car for 5 months messed up the surprise for my son b day and never fixed it stay far away from this place
The franchise on Oak Ridge drive had the transmission so messed up on our Chevy Astro that we had to salvage (junk) it. They worked on it at least 5 times, one time we only made it 20 miles after they "fixed" it. All those vehicles sitting on the lot waiting on parts or repairs should tell you to stay away! Very poor reputation around Hagerstown. Beware!
