Contacted AAMCO regarding a transmission concern on my dodge caravan. I spoke with Kyle who was fantastic. He explained everything to me. They were able to get the van in next day. Kyle explained the cost and advised it would take up to three days to be repaired, they would start work on it the following working day. When they called that next working day to say it was ready by end of day I was amazed. AAMCO have been outstanding. Great customer experience on something I knew nothing about. Would recommend them every time.
AAMCO. Ian and team. Honest, caring, highly skilled mechanics who take pride in their work. Sets them apart, from other auto repair shops. Though, phenomenal customer service. Explained clearly, and deliver flawless results. This is the only place, I take my auto for service. Thanks again for your help with water pump, serpentine belt etc on my 2014 Ford Fiesta. Amazing, knowledgable and honest! Kyle & Ian were so lovely explaining to me exactly what was wrong without trying to upsell me on services I did not need. Very understanding, friendly and approachable. Explained things to me very well and were just very lovely people to work with. The space is also very clean and inviting while having work done. They wrongly diagnosed my Pathfinder and the transmission was replaced which cost me a lot. After a week, I went back to complaining about the transmission oil leaking………………
Very pleasant and amicable. Took my vehicle in way sooner than I expected. Honest and forthright. Came as a recommendation from family members who have had work done and are ongoing clients! Will definitely be here again!
