We spent 5000 on a rebuilt transmission and all it did was grind then they said the grind came from sway bar links which was another $700 now my transmission don't work this place is a rip off
Had to bring my truck back here over six times within five months every time they say my truck‘s fixed it’s not fixed never offered me any sort of compensation meanwhile, I’m paying for insurance on my truck and having to pay for rental cars myself they do not answer the phone or return calls. This was the worst Shop I have ever dealt with I paid cash for my truck upfront when it was when it was supposedly done, but kept having to bring it right back. I couldn't be happier with the service here! John was friendly, professional, and happy to answer all the questions I had. The work on my car was finished same day. The pricing was very reasonable and the improvement on my vehicle was immediately noticed. Will definitely be coming back!
This location sucks. I will never bring another car here or recommend anyone here. I’ve had to bring my truck back four times after they said they fixed my transmission And it’s still not fixed After they get your car, John never answers the phone. He is horrible at customer service look at the reviews. I guarantee other people are saying the same thing about John if you value your time and money, don’t bring your car here.
