They are great on talking too you and letting you know where ur car is at when it's getting work done matt was really patient and courteous with me my car is running really good since leaving there
I took my 2002 Mazda B3000 to have my transmission rebuilt. I left my first review before knowing all the facts. There were things wrong with my truck that they had to hunt down parts for. I let my angry get the best of me when I left it. Matt who works the counter explained it all to me today when I pick my truck up. I would recommend people to this location because they take car of the job plus some.
I've had the absolute worst experience with this place. I bought a car from carhop and it had a bad engine and bad transmission lines. I took it to this shop and originally they told me 3-5 business days. I still currently do not have my car almost 6 weeks later. The manager told me at one point he has done 6 cars this week but those were all originally aamco customers. He said he wasn't concerned about getting carhop warranty work done.
