They rebuilt my suburban’s transmission at the Salem location and the customer service was outstanding. Josh was the person who communicated with me through the process and he was great! Professional, polite, proficient and clear communication through every step. He sent everything that was going to be done in a form via text and I had to approve it before they could move forward.
