They did a great job on my Infiniti QX70. The transmission had to be replaced, I took it to another shop previously, and the initial shop said it was too complicated, they would not touch it. So I had it towed to Aamco, and they worked with my insurance to diagnose the issue, and order the transmission, which took a week to be installed. My 2015 Ram 3500 is at this location as we speak has been there going on 2 weeks. At this point I can’t comment on their work but customer service is terrible. I’ve been given no update on my vehicle. I choose this ammco because it was the closest at the time. Usually I go to ammco in Alexandria on picket st. I’ve never had these problems with ammco before. I dropped off my car for transmission fluid flush and fill. They checked my transmission to make sure it could be safely purged, then replaced my fluid. I appreciate the Safety first. They're regular price was comparable to everyone else however, I used a coupon that made the price incredible! Thank you aamco! The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because I had to call twice to find out the status of my car. I was told they would call me back but they didn't. Very unprofessional auto shop. I got a rebuilt transmission here & in 7 months my transmission was slipping again. They claimed I cracked the transmission case driving which I didn't. Stay away from this shop. Worst experience I've had dealing with an auto shop.
