Very unprofessional auto shop. I got a rebuilt transmission here & in 7 months my transmission was slipping again. They claimed I cracked the transmission case driving which I didn't. Stay away from this shop. Worst experience I've had dealing with an auto shop.
Very professional and pleasant team. Had to get my transmission rebuilt on my 2014 4Runner and am so glad I chose this business. First off, they let me leave my truck there while I waited to find out if Toyota would help cover the transmission. Then, the rebuild was more complicated than anticipated and parts were hard to come by. They kept me updated and were patient and understanding when I had questions or concerns.
