My 2015 Ram 3500 is at this location as we speak has been there going on 2 weeks. At this point I can’t comment on their work but customer service is terrible. I’ve been given no update on my vehicle. I choose this ammco because it was the closest at the time. Usually I go to ammco in Alexandria on picket st. I’ve never had these problems with ammco before. I dropped off my car for transmission fluid flush and fill. They checked my transmission to make sure it could be safely purged, then replaced my fluid. I appreciate the Safety first. They're regular price was comparable to everyone else however, I used a coupon that made the price incredible! Thank you aamco! The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because I had to call twice to find out the status of my car. I was told they would call me back but they didn't. Very unprofessional auto shop. I got a rebuilt transmission here & in 7 months my transmission was slipping again. They claimed I cracked the transmission case driving which I didn't. Stay away from this shop. Worst experience I've had dealing with an auto shop.
Very professional and pleasant team. Had to get my transmission rebuilt on my 2014 4Runner and am so glad I chose this business. First off, they let me leave my truck there while I waited to find out if Toyota would help cover the transmission. Then, the rebuild was more complicated than anticipated and parts were hard to come by. They kept me updated and were patient and understanding when I had questions or concerns.
