Spoke to a guy named Ron on the phone about transmission problems and codes from the check engine light. He was able to help me out over the phone and do some research over the phone with me very nice guy and went into detail about what the code actually meant without even seeing my car. surprised that he took time To do it thanks ron.
Very knowledge staff and technicians. These guys have forgotton more about transmissions than 99% of people know.
I called about an issue with my vehicle. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind. He talked me through different things that could cause the issue. And even though what I needed was not offered through his shop, he was kind enough to recommend a couple local shops to address my issue. Thank you sir
Had a transmission put in my 2014 Silverado on May 1st at a cost of $7400. In July I had to take it to another Aamco in Zanesville Ohio and they replaced it again. A week later the same shop had to replace it a 3rd time and when I told the manager a few days later it was doing the same thing he had me bring it back and put 2 tubes of Instant Shutter Fix in it which someone shouldn't have to do to a new or remanded transmission. It is now November and my truck is at yet another Aamco in Louisville getting a 4th transmission. ... read more
