Rip off. Dealer was less than half price for transmission fluid drain and fill on my civic. $350, dealer $149. How do they stay in business? Typical Roseburg rip off. Do your homework public. Expose these guys.
My Nissan Rogue has new transmission & drives so nice! Roseburg, Oregon shop was so awesome in making this happen, dealt with warranty issue so I didnt have to. Definitely recommend 👌😉
I Would have given them zero stars if it was an option. I took my jeep in to have it diagnosed for a howling sound and they said my pinion bearing and carrier bearing were bad. Gave me an estimate of over 1500 to fix. Found out later that the estimate was double charging for labor and should have been only a little under 1000. Good thing I questioned it, still seemed steep, so I found a guy to do it cheaper. We never intended to stop in Roseburg, but our car started making a funny noise a few miles north of Roseburg while on I-5. We pulled off, had a mechanic in town look at our car, who told us they thought it was a transmission issue. We took our 2016 Explorer to AAMCO in Roseburg and told the gentleman at the front counter, Rex, our story. He took excellent care of us and our car.
