The owner of the Aamc transmission shop at 359 Amboy Ave in Metuchen NJ trying to cheat me out of my hard money that i work for her put a motor in my vehicle and less than 100 miles the motor stopped working i had to take him to court and he lost an him still refused to give me back my moneyÂ
crooked and greedy peopleÂ
These people are horrible. Took my 2014 Silverado to them cause my transmission was going bad. They put the 1st transmission in and it had a delayed reverse that they said was normal. 2 days after having the truck back I noticed the transmission was leaking. Took it back and they put in a new seal. After about a month of back and forth with these ppl they finally put another transmission in the truck. These were the NICEST people. I’m a college girl who doesn’t know anything about cars and they were so nice and reassuring. They explained everything to me and even took the time to call my dad and give him the updates since he understood what they were talking about.Â
Had transmission repaired at Lake Charles AAMCO. The manager, Enjoli Corbello was very professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a no hassle experience from beginning to end. The car had to be left overnight, so she arranged for Karen to drive me home and pick me up the next day. The work was done expeditiously and the cost was very reasonable. Job well done. Thank you.Â
