Very bad customer service
I highly recommend AAMCO Transmissions in Winchester, KY! I brought my car in after being told I had a transmission leak, and the manager, Tanner, was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. The team went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations. Their honesty, professionalism, and great customer service made the whole experience stress-free. When it snowed, I was with my son going to Clark regional after a fall on my knee that I had replaced. My clutch went out in my car. It was dark and we had no clue where we were. We left the car, my husband left class to come get us. I couldn’t walk on the ice because my knee was replaced and I was scared.
