Worst service I’ve ever received. I brought my car in for a simply diagnostic for the check engine light on at 9am, was told it may take a couple hours so I went across the street and had a drink and waited. Called after 5 hours and reached David who said he’d call me with an update. 3 hours later, no update. Went in and was told they didn’t look at my car all day, and then David called me back and said if I’m mad I can take my car somewhere else. Which I guess I will
As of 9/25/25, I take back my review. I called to see when the shop could even look at my car looked at and Dave was beyond rude! I knew the process, he amazing staff was kind when explaining both times I drove there to see when he was actually going to be there at the shop to even loom at my car (single parent and all, I have to wait and have some sort of plan), he just kept get more rude saying he needed 2-4 hours (not the issue), refusing to answer he would actually be at the shop to bring it in. I have been coming to David and his team here at AAMCO now for a few months. He and his crew are honest, upfront and transparent, and do great work! David has earned my respect, and business. Thanks guys!
Terrible service, waited 5 months for repair/part availability. Found another repair shop that fixed/repaired vehicle in one week. AAMCO Owner demanded $500 down to order part, now will not refund the money after waiting this long. Tried to reason with him over the phone, has been rude and unwilling to listen to reason. Very unprofessional.
If you are ok being lied to, go here! Buckle up this is going to be kinda long. First, I have had my car for a few years and never got new brake pads so I took it to BrakesPlus and they told me I need 1. All 4 brake pads 2. Front Struts 3. Front rotors 4. back rotors need refinishing. They quoted $1750. I like to do my due diligence so I called around and AAMCO said "Don't tell brakesplus, but I am going to beat their quote.. we will do all of that for $1450, and include a brake fluid flush.
