Top notch experience. They helped me out a lot, including a ride to and from my house and giving me a fair price on the work. Excellent manager too. Very pleased.
My experience was great. All issues were taken care of to my satisfaction and they were straightforward with everything along the way, from towing to picking it up.
They were great to work with me through a difficult situation. Great customer service!!
AAMCO Plano is very courteous and prompt. They took excellent care of me! Big thanks to the staff for everything, will be back for sure.
Do Not EVER go there – I have had the worst experience there ever. They charged me for unecessary repairs and promise to credit it back - then refused to do just that. They kept my car for 19 days and when I finally got it back the part they installed did not work and they have to do it over again. ZERO customer service - they do not communicate. Worst repair exerience I have EVER had.
Beware, beware, BEWARE – We had a terrible experience with this shop. Wrong diagnosis, bad estimating, lack of commitment. Wanted $2300 for NOT fixing an engine problem and then wanted another $3800 to replace the whole engine. No regard for ethical practices and very had to even attempt resolution. I would not recommend these people to plug a flat tire let alone work on a transmission or engine. STAY AWAY.
