Chris was very attentive to inquiring of my truck’s problems. He asked questions to ensure he recorded accurately the problems as I stated. Lee gave me full details of my truck’s problems after my truck was test driven. Lee gave me the cost to solve each problem. I told him I will call him back. I was told the problems of my truck within the day of me bringing in my truck. The next day, when the shop opened, I authorized the repairs to my truck. They worked on my car pretty fast but the reason for only three stars is because they charged my for 6.5 hours of labor for a job that should take no longer than 2.5 hours.
