Won't return. Mechanics were super chill, front desk guy was strange. When I asked about making an appointment after they diagnosed my issue, he became defensive and patronizing, saying they don't set up appointments, "look at all these jobs I already have", etc. I was worried maybe I accidentally came across as hostile, so I tried to subtly clarify I wasn’t upset, but he didn't change. Chris was very attentive to inquiring of my truck’s problems. He asked questions to ensure he recorded accurately the problems as I stated. Lee gave me full details of my truck’s problems after my truck was test driven. Lee gave me the cost to solve each problem. I told him I will call him back. I was told the problems of my truck within the day of me bringing in my truck. The next day, when the shop opened, I authorized the repairs to my truck. My truck was repaired that day and I picked up my truck the same day of repairs.... read more
They worked on my car pretty fast but the reason for only three stars is because they charged my for 6.5 hours of labor for a job that should take no longer than 2.5 hours.
The best and trustworthy that I have ever worked on my car. I won't go anywhere else and I love lee
