HORRIBLE, customer service guy who answers is rude and snoody if you dont get your car repaired
I recently posted a review to all Aamco to receive help with an issue I was having with another store. Chris from the Norfolk AAMCO, contacted me regarding this. He was very helpful in assisting to initiate contact with the other store manager. I appreciate his support throughout my ordeal and look forward to receiving my vehicle back repaired.
Edited to add: After speaking with the owner, Mr. Florian, the issue has been resolved. I understand there were circumstances that delayed things, and I truly appreciate the call, the time he took to listen, and the sincere apology. We had our transmission completely rebuilt. They did an awesome job and got us back on the road within days
