Make a long story short.... It took way to long. WAY TO LONG! It was literally crazy on how long it took then, then excuses after excuses.. waa seriously crazy.
Very nice and they fixed everything! It was nice because they found out what was actually causing problems and fixing it, no guessing! Thanks guys!
Took my truck in for schedule appointment at, said it would be done at noon, unfortunately they hadn't had time to get to it, but had done the inspection. Went to Aamco for a 2nd opinion. Gave me the same diagnosis, but the overall experience was sooo much better. Dave gave me more information in the first phone call alone than I have ever gotten from another mechanic. He doesn't make you feel like he just wants you in and out quickly. He takes the time to explain everything and provide reassurance. Did a courtesy inspection after hearing a rattle on the test drive that wasn't even related to the original problem.
