Don was great! I purchased a used Jeep from a private seller, and just a couple of miles out of town, it broke down and had to be towed. At first, we thought it was the transmission, so I called Don at AAMCO. He was able to give me a quote over the phone right away because he had just worked on a similar vehicle. Once I had the Jeep towed to his shop, Don discovered the transmission was actually fine—but it needed a new motor.
