, customer service here is terrible the lady who answers the phone in the front can't be bothered to do her job half the time most of the time when you call no one will pick up and that lady will give you nothing but an attitude, not to mention she will lie right to you when she tells you that you will get a call back and when you call back because you didn't get a call back she will give you more of an attitude and then they will just stop answering the phone on you when you have a vehicle up there don't expect them to answ... read more
Nick runs a great shop but they have gotten really slow with their repairs and communication is not good at all but it is a good shop with great mechanics
Had my car looked after by Nick. He gave me a quote and an eta and came through on both. What set the experience apart for being extra great was my car was washed afterwards. Highly recommend AAMCO.
