My wife and I were going back home after bringing our granddaughter to Memphis and our vehicle broke down, we were a long way from Atl. and our prayers were answered through Mr. Jones who repaired our vehicle. Very Stupid Behavior, No Responsibility They told me they Need 4 days to Repair but Not yet Done. First of all they Don’t know how to Repair, they will tell you all Stupid Reasons. My Suggestion plz Find Good One .
I was getting a new transmission put in and my car had been there for a few months due to other reasons, long story short someone stole my bumper but MARK said he isn't liable for any stolen property on his property... A few other personal items were stolen such as my pocket knife, a Taser and pocket change. Also someone left a plate in the backseat with food still in it...
Mark Jones was awesome to work with. I would take my car to him again if I ever have any more issues.
