I want to share my wonderful experience visiting this auto repair shop and the excellent communication with Mr. Hank. My first experience was with a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross when it lost power. Before coming to AAMCO, I tried to determine the cause at an authorized Mitsubishi dealer, but the diagnostic cost of $675 seemed very high to me, and I refused such an expensive diagnosis. So far every person ever recommended going to aamco got hosed. They only have a 90-day warranty and the transmissions appear to be very low quality and start to degrade within a year of having aamco do work. I do not recommend aamco for any transmission service
The staff were professional, honest, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my car before doing any work. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs and the pricing was fair compared to other places I checked. Repairs were done quickly and completed quicker than expected.
