The customer service here is phenomenal. Brought my son’s car here to get a diagnostic done. The owner is a very knowledgeable and a straight forward guy. Disappointing diagnostic results but very clear. Explained it in every way he could so I understood what was wrong and the cost to prepare for! Spent time both on the phone and in person to go over everything. Gave me options to help with cost. Will be bringing the car back to be repaired!
My box truck that I need daily for work blew out a spark plug. The owner Mike heard my situation and got his tow truck there in under 30 minutes. It cost $120, that tow usually cost atleast $250 with these box trucks. They then got busy the very next day, dropping other projects to get mine done. Truck broke down and I was back on the road in 36 hours. Rethreaded the spark plug back in the cylinder and I’m rolling again. Thanks Mike!
