I recently discovered Mike and his guys at Aamco of Colorado Springs as I am new to the area. Omg! What a great find! Old school customer service and integrity! Mike and Alvin and the team at AAMCO take excellent care of their customers! Incredibly knowledgeable, technically skilled, great customer service, and competitive pricing! They recently serviced my 2010 Jeep Wrangler JKU with a full transmission rebuild and were even able to diagnose and repair some engine issues, all within a very reasonable timeframe. Dealing with transmission issues is usually a nightmare, but Mike and his team at AAMCO made a world of difference. He’s been helping us with our Subaru Forester and has been incredibly patient and flexible as we attempt to navigate warranty hurdles. What really stands out is his honesty; he made sure we had all the info upfront so we didn’t feel stuck. He’s a kind, empathetic guy who genuinely wants to help. Five-star service all around.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. The communication alone sets them apart, they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made me feel pressured with different options. The service was fast, professional, and clearly done with care. You can tell they truly value their customers and take pride in their work. Finding a mechanic you can trust isn’t easy, but I’ve definitely found mine!
Mike and the team have been extremely helpful. Anytime I have an issue they’re always willing to help right then and there. They do great work (hence why they’re always so busy) any transmission related needs these guys are my go to!
