First off, they are 100% up front and honest. We had our truck transmission completely rebuilt. From our first phone call and talking with Alvin to the in person discussion. We got all our questions answered. They send you pictures of the transmission and then Mike (Who has been doing transmissions for like over 20 years) Explained every single picture and answered all our questions.
