This place is a joke! I went in on a Thursday and to get my transmission looked at since it was under warranty and had been worked on at an aamco over an hour away and this aamco was the closest to my house. (The warranty claims that it does not matter what location did the work) they scheduled me to drop off my vehicle the following Tuesday at 8am to get inspected so they could figure out what was wrong. I had the most wonderful experience. Bri and Ernesto were very knowledgeable and their customer service was top notch. Will definitely be returning.
Had to take in my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 for an engine related issue. Had already taken it to other repair shops to diagnose the problem and no one clearly stated what was wrong with it. Once AAMCO diagnosed it, they ordered the parts and had me back in my truck right away. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Highly recommend the crew over at the Scottsdale and Thomas location!!! Great customer service and very reasonable pricing!!
They were so helpful. I went to them for a second opinion and they gave me the true gut. Honest opinion that my other mechanic which was Camelback Subaru didn't do so. Always get a second opinion on your automobile needs and I would refer you here. They're honest and the The wonderful person behind the front desk knows her shit.
