We had a severe engine problem with our 2017 Ford Edge and we took the vehicle to AAMCO Tigard. The manager, Paul J. was amazing to work with! He guided us through the warranty process and bent over backwards to make sure that the warranty was honored. We’ll be taking all of our future business to Paul!

I really appreciated Paul’s kindness, honesty, and thoroughness in investigating our 2015 Acura MDX’s transmission issue. While another shop recommended total transmission replacement, Paul’s experience and expertise led him to a different conclusion, and after replacing a defective part, brought the car back to life for a quarter of the price it would have cost for a total replacement. Paul and his crew do great work and I would highly recommend them!

Multiple visits to this shop to do a rear differential rebuild. First time they completely put in the wrong gearing components. I had to get another shop to look at it and verified this before taking it back to Aamco for the correct gearing to be put in. Even after that I took it back on two separate occasions shortly thereafter as it still was not feeling right and only to get the runaround from Paul.
