They were quick and totally upfront about what needed to be done and what could wait for another time. And were willing to answer questions about another car we may need help with.
The staff was very kind, I will give them that. I took my car in for transmission issues, and a couple of leaks. I clearly stated what the issue was and they assured me that they would take a look at it. I then received a call saying it was just a couple of leaks, they were unsure what the issue is and that fixing the leaks should fix the problem. Just gonna put this out there, you can draw your own conclusions. My daughter's car was leaking fluid. She drove it to work and it was acting oddly then suddenly would not go when she gave it gas. She pulled over and later we had it towed to this shop. Literally 42 minutes later I get a call saying the coolant line on the transmission was leaking and most or all of the fluid had leaked out and so the transmission needs a complete rebuild for $5,000. So, I have been meaning to write a review about this place for awhile now. I just wanted to see if the repairs would last and sure enough, it did! So, let me explain what had happened to my rig. I bought a 2020 Promaster 1500 up in Portland. I drove it down near the California border. The transmission was going into limp mode. I had a shop down here do some repairs....
