FRAUD ALERT: Do Not Trust This Shop! The owner, "Mo," is a scam artist. I was quoted and billed for a Ford OEM 6.7L Diesel motor and turbo, but they secretly installed a "Jasper" motor and turbo instead. They did this to me TWICE. They kept my truck for 5 months. It had to be towed back 4 times and limped back twice. Their "master tech" actually admitted to my face that he is not even a diesel mechanic! Overall, the experience here was horrible. As far as pricing goes for a transmission just buy one at Oreilys, i was charged 3k since core was turned in, other then that it would have been 4k according to them. You would think a transmission shop gets transmissions for better prices. Went to Oreilys and got quoted 2900 without a core and 2600 with a core. Thrn my bill was 4,290, but according to them i had to pay the shipping and they didnt want to add it on the bill because i would have to pay taxes on it. I rnded up paying ... read more
Great group of guys who were very polite, & professional! Very informative and did a thorough inspection of the transmission. These guys know what they're doing- will definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
