I had an issue with my car, I had the car towed very quickly from the side of the road to the shop. Phillip and the owner were helpful with the diagnostic..
I've done business here before, and enjoyed the service. They have since straightened up the appearance of the shop and it looks much better. The service technicians are amazing! car sounds, and rides like new!!! Sadu the manager/owner is a quite but fair person to work with. The office manager Phillip is always happy to explain things step by step to make the customer happy. This is a great place to bring your car, without the digging dealer prices. I've gone to many auto repair shops in the past. From my experience, I can honestly say Aamco Transmissions in Pasadena has, hands down, the best service! Robert and his team are efficient, punctual, talented, and fair. The shop is located conveniently on Colorado Blvd. (which is close by to my work). This business is top notch! I was from out of town with family from out of state for a high school graduation. I had an emergency with my car. Robert took me right in and started the process of working on the problem even though it was late into the afternoon heading towards evening time. Really fair treatment and prices are reasonable!
An independent shop in Pasadena told me I need transmission rebuilt for my jaguar. I called AAMCO Pasadena. Asked me to bring it in for no charge diagnosis and guess what! they said I don't need a transmission. My car was repaired for $120.00 and it was an outside problem. Thanks to them and they are highly technical --jack T
