Having serious transmission issues I took my 2007 VW jetta to the dealership and got a an estimate for a new transmission basically for 5800.00 (crazy) I called a few other places Aamco being one and everyone wanted to charge me to look at it except Aamco not only did he not charge to inspect but he offered FREE towing to his shop on lomaland so I took my car over and after Brandon explained the process and what if scenarios I felt at ease.. I took my 2007 Chevy to EP Trans after Aamco tried to tell me I needed an entirely new transmission ( without even driving it) and Tim, came out hooked up the diag and test drove it with me explaining what all the codes meant and how to fix it. It turned out to be a simple misfire and only a couple hundred to fix including getting the oil changed. I would recommend this place to anyone. They actually care about their clients pocket book and vehicle. Kudos to my new mechanic :)
i took my 2003 nissan 350z to replace the clutch, the owner was very rude and described my car as abused and raced . He insultingly offered to give me a driving lesson before returning the keys to me. the garage staff was also very rudecomenting i am very messed up to my car (which i respect and maintain very much). about two days later my clutch peddal was getting stuck and IT did not function properly .
