In April 2022, I had my Ford Explorer repaired at an independently owned and operated Aamco at 7683 NW Prairie View Rd, Kansas City, MO 64151 in NKC. In October 2023 and less than 25 thousand miles later, my transmission was not working property, so I took it into the original shop and was advised there was a change in ownership, and they could not locate my original paperwork.
