Went in for a transmission service two winters ago. Had my truck for a full quarter, every week was a different excuse why it wasn't ready. They were going to do new transmission fluid and fix the leak, neither if those got done and I still paid for that service. They said they had to put a new reman transmission in it because they couldn't get the original to go back on. Was supposed to get a new clutch and the works. This is the most reasonable, honest, and timely place to take your car. They were well under the other quotes that I had gotten to replace my daughter’s axle. I dropped it off at 9:00 am and was finished by noon. Ashley at the front desk is the best too, I won’t go anywhere else in Wichita from now on.
