RecommendedI highly recommend AAMCO Transmission and Total Car Care 100%!!! Their honesty and integrity is of the highest standard!!! My kids and I always know that they will treat us right and fair! As a woman you always fear auto shops will try to take advantage of you BUT NOT AAMCO!!! They pride themself on making customers for life and that’s exactly what my family and I are!!!!
under no circumstances bring your vehicle to them. they lied to me about a motor being in for my truck when it was not after 45 days. Paul lied right to my face. Their shop looks like a bomb went off there and the staff is extremely rude and incompetent.
Do not take your vehicle there unless you want slow service, being lied to and rude people. Boyfriend took the truck there for warranty work. After 40+ days got told the engine was there which wasn’t true. They never call back when they say they will. Warranty company will no longer referral anyone to them.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. My son had his car in for a free estimate and husband had talked to them numerous times and not once did they inform him that the man working on this vehicle had to leave. instead of telling my husband they couldn't get to it they left it in terrible shape. There were tools left inside of it, bolts left just sitting on top of the engine. The pulley was completely off. The car was driven there but had to be towed home and towed back this morning. RecommendedIt’s so hard to find good quality automotive service today, I love the AAMCO policy of making sure I fully understand my repairs along with the nation wide warranty on my vehicle transmission! So if your clueless to what it takes to repair a vehicle this is the place to go, your hand is held from start to finish!
We came in with a dying battery. This is our only car, we were short on money, and we were desperate, since my husband needs a working car to get him to his medical treatments to live. We got to the location on Lee Highway around 3:30, and they had to special order a battery for us. Tim, the service manager, went out of his way to be sure we had the right part, in time before they closed, done right, and at the right price. A disastrous place very bad staffs and the worst customer service. They do no know what is going on with transmission. Never ever trust them, again their staffs are the worst. Fort Drum Military please be careful with their scam. these people are the worst in the planet.
