Horrible service .I don't recommend it the person that attended us B.Sd us and did not know what they were talking about. Paid a pretty penny. Vehicle was in the shop for 5 days so they can tell us what we already knew I might as well have given the money to my cousin so he can buy himself some cases of beer and at least he could crack a few jokes about it. All we got from these guys was a huge disappointment. If I can leave no stars whatsoever I would.
I just want to say that Lindsay was fabulous with me. We took our Audi in just yesterday for a second opinion regarding the transmission. Audi of Fresno had diagnosed the problem as, needing a new transmission and of course it cost at Audi $9000 to be replaced. Because of problems with extended warranty, it was not going to be covered, which I won’t go into because that’s not necessary for this review. So yesterday I decided to get a second opinion.
