I called up because my transmission was slipping. Within a couple of hours they had a tow truck to my house to pick up the vehicle. The called me and notified me that my vehicle had arrived at the shop and the were going to check what was wrong. By the next day I had a description of what was wrong and an estimate of the costs. this lady is full of her self i was a customer at the samr time she was ther picking up her car and aamco went out of there way to help her i had a coolant problem fixed at ther cost to makem sure her car was fix correctly
This location is horrible. They were recommended by a friend so I took my car there and was told my Transmission needed to be rebuilt.. the cost is $3700 and I had to take out a loan to pay for it. They have had my car for 2 weeks and I keep getting the run around . I’m a single mom and I need my car and I don’t have extra money to throw around on a rental or an Uber . First it was they were short handed, then they got the wrong part and had to order it from NC then their compressor went out in the building.. now it’s an air... read more

the worst service in town believe me don't ever go there i have learned my lesson . they will offer you free transmission diagnosis and if you refuse to let them repair your transmission for 2000 dollars , they will charge you 300 dollars for the '' free transmission diagnosis '' and they will refuse to put the transmission back to the car , i had to tow my car to another place t that was my experience with those people it is complete nightmare . i would love to give them no stars , but the system does not let me do it
Amazing Service and Honest Service! Gary was honest about my car and the repairs it needed. My car was experiencing some steering wheel vibrations and no one could figure out why. I took it to Gary at AAMCO and he found out that I had to get some wheel bearing assemblies replaced on my vehicle. He was very helpful and understanding that I was a student so he ensured the repairs were within my budget.
