Quality of work is good but the billing is absolutely atrocious. They bill upfront based on what you they think your insurance is going to cover. Once insurance pays them (they are now paid twice) they need to get management approval to refund any difference there maybe. In my case they billed my insurance $10K (for the bed I guess?) vs $2k for both the Dr. and Anesthesiologist. I was there for maybe 4 hours so I would avoid this place like the plague if you can and opt for surgery at the hospital instead.
I've been here for several different procedures. All of the staff here is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Highly recommend the different Doctors, PA's, health care ❤ workers and office staff.
Questionable billing standards. Had to pay thousands of dollars before surgery - an overpayment by several thousands, and they have been keeping it for over two months now.
I have never received care here, but after the way I was treated as a delivery driver, I'm not about to. It didn't use to be this way, what happened?
