Tami office staff was great, informative and the front desk was nice and helpful. The Nurse P- forrester helped to refill my prescriptions and met with me a long time to address my concerns. Keep in mind only 30 min visits I think and 20 min with the Dr so ask questions after there main visit to help expedite. She did a thorough exam which was good. Overall great service! If need more detailed or longer time with a clinician or emergency I'd recommend urgent care.
Place is terrible. I do not recommend!! Staff is also unprofessional and untrained. Ever since my provider left, this place has gone terrible.
Unfortunately after waiting months for my physical appointment I was called and told it need to be rescheduled because the doctor would be out on my scheduled date. They said the only option was to reschedule 4 months from now. Also, I was not able to come in on two separate occasions earlier this year (a broken thumb and an infection) they had no availability for issues that needed to be seen within a few days. I was told to go to urgent care.
One of the worst medical center one can ever be. I had to wait 2-3 hours for emergency service. They did no test, literally nothing but measuring my weight and blood pressure. Give me two worthless medicine on the spot and charged $985. I warn you again. They are horrible and their service sucks.
This clinic is absolutely horrible! I had an appointment at the Forest Drive satellite clinic two weeks ago for an urgent medical issue. This was my first visit to this site because my regular clinic is under construction. When I arrived on that Thursday, I was seen by a newly-hired nurse, who requested that I leave a sample and go home.
