Originally, this was a 5-star review. Unfortunately, it is now being changed to a 1-star. Over the years, this establishment—including the owner, Sarah—has done my hair and my daughter’s hair more times than I can count. Because of that history, I trusted them and continued to return. Recently, however, there has been a consistent lack of transparency with pricing. The ladies were kind at first, however I wanted small Knottless and she told me the price is usually $400. I left because the Knottless braids had clear knots at the top and the parts were to uneven for $400. I am now getting my hair done in the style I originally asked for neatly for $275 after she told me I would not be able to get my hair done for that price. I was ready to pay $350 for the hairstyle originally therefore it is not about the price it’s about how bad the quality was.
Don’t let them braid your hair. I went in to get my hair braided and within 2days my braids started falling out. I called and texted her and she told me she was out of town and will not be back for 2weeks. I asked is there anyone she could send me to to put the braids back in she said no. I don’t spend money to throw down the drain and that’s exactly what happened. The owner is amazing
The Owner did my Grandson’s hair when I called at the last minute. I have long thick dread locks and they did the best job I have ever had on my hair. I appreciate the Owner and the other two ladies who worked on my hair! They all did a fantastic job! I’m so thankful for them. I plan to use them all the time!
