I did not know exactly what I wanted but after discussing with Aalsmeer, they had several suggestions. The person receiving the arrangement called me when they received it and pronounced it "just perfect"

I stopped here without notice after Valentine's Day. They were still swamped, catching up. But they stopped and helped me immediately, because it was for the death of a friend's mother. Reasonably priced, beautiful flowers.

Even 1 star is too many! What a disappointment. I ordered an arrangement from FTD that was fulfilled by Aalsmeer Florists. The arrangement that was received was half the size of the dimensions provided on the website and would have been half the cost. When I complained, I was told no-one else had complained. They refused to take any accountability for the problem. Since this was a gift, I can only guess that they thought the purchaser wouldn't see it. Never again!
